Here is the sequence for Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar A series):
Begin standing in Tadasana (Mountain Pose) w/ hands at heart center, inhale
Exhale as you release your hands to your sides, palms facing forward
Inhale as you take your arms overhead (Urdhva Hastasana)
Exhale as you fold forward (Uttanasana)
Inhale half-way up (Ardha Uttanasana)
Exhale hands to the floor, step back to plank pose & lower to Crocodile pose (Chatturanga Dandasana)
Inhale to Cobra pose (Bhujangasana)
Exhale to Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana)
Inhale as you bend your knees and gaze forward
Exhale as you hop or walk your feet forward (Uttanasana)
Inhale half-way up (Ardha Uttanasana)
Exhale to deep forward fold (Uttanasana)
Inhale to standing w/ arms overhead (Urdhva Hastasana)
Exhale hands to your heart
